Thousands of people gathered in Washington DC over the weekend to celebrate Earth Day in the United States of America.

D’banj was among the list of performers who entertained over 250,000 people who came out to celebrate the Global Citizen 2015 Earth Day in Washington D.C. Other performers include Usher, Gwen Stefani, Common, Mary J. Blige, Will.I.am, Fall Out Boy, Others.

Other digniteries who spoke at the open air space include United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon, World Bank President Jim Yong Kim, Chris Martin, International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde and a handful of members of Congress.
