It was a big takeover for the Cool Tour SouthWest Crew as members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) were treated to an exhilarating time at their Orientation camps.

The 3-Day Tour event which is an opportunity to reach the dynamic millennial community in a fun and relaxing environment, took place across Oyo state, Ogun state and Lagos state. The event was hosted by some of Cool FM’s finest OAPs, N6 and Jahsuper.

The tour kicked off from Iseyin camp, Oyo state, the next stop was Sagamu camp, Ogun state and the major highlights across these camps were the Miss NYSC and Mr Macho pageants respectively which had the winners charting away great prizes.  Then the grand finale at Iyana-ipaja camp, Lagos state opened with a carnival which featured colourful display by the corp members in various attires and ensembles while the Bonfire/Asun night was the climax of the tour.

The Cool FM Brand strives not just to entertain but to also impact lives.  As part of our CSR initiative to influence and connect with our core demographic, the COOL TEAM during the #CoolFMNYSCTour fulfilled her promise to renovate the urinary system of Community Primary School in Iseyin (Oyo State) and provide chairs to the Iyana Ipaja Nysc Camp in Lagos.

The corp members were thrilled with live performances by BlackMagic, Yungsix, Big Brother Nigeria winner, Efe and Harrysong across all the states. Different souvenir gifts ranging from T-shirts, Notebooks, Pens and Mugs were given to everyone. The tour was indeed a blast as it left an imprint on the minds of thousands of people.
