Celebrity stylist launches 'The Kach It Project'

Kanayo Ebi brings an experiential lifestyle pop-up to Lagos

The Kach Me If You Can Showroom by New York celebrity stylist Kanayo Ebi aims to bridge the gap between new and emerging designers with those and the industry interested in authentic and contemporary ground-breaking fashion forward designs through the use of PR, branding and styling.

Following two successful pop up launch events in London and New York this year, The Kach It Project Lagos Edition featured a collective of fashion forward and dynamic designers and brands from ready-to- wear to luxury clothing and accessories, inspired by African and contemporary influences, in an exclusive one day shopping and lifestyle experience in Victoria Island’s new and atmospheric venue, Ember Creek - Landmark Towers.

Participating brands included: 10 Bows Boutique (UK/Nigeria), Abebi By Tan, Amarelis, Baconery, Di’Ja, Designers Club Lagos, Erilyn by Temitope, FIA, Kiki Kamanu, LRP Shades, and Woen ILGA (Benin);plus live customised art by Dricky, and food and drink by Sydney’s Cuisine, D’Waffle Hub and Sweet Kiwi Yoghurt.

Attendees also enjoyed an exclusive two-hour panel discussion and brunch exploring the road to success with celebrity stylists Kanayo Ebi and Ade Samuel, on-air personality Toke Makinwa, fashion and travel blogger Fisayo Longe, creative visionary Prince Aday and PR guru Bukky Karibi-Whyte in an intimate conference titled Kach Your Dream.

Also in attendance were Osas Ighodaro Ajibabe, DJ Cuppy and Sophia Momodu.
