Though work is continuous and demanding, it can be managed in a way where general wellbeing is key!
The quality of life has greatly reduced as a result of everyday hustling and living as well as lifestyle people have adopted in modern times making them physically more productive but less and less healthy.
While work is continuous and demanding, it can be managed in a way where good health and general wellbeing is not thrown out the window.
1. Organize work area
It's best to keep a clean, clutter free space at work. Apart from making it easy to work smoothly, an organized area helps to stimulate mentally taking away stress or strain in any form.
It's best to leave work area organized as well for clarity.
2. Maintain a good posture
A bad posture most times affects more than one knows! (Long term effects of) bad posture has been linked to back back pain, headaches, dehydration amongst other almost unbelievable causes.

To alleviate stress at work it's best to maintain a good posture starting with sitting up straight and keeping feet firmly on the ground.
3. Rest at intervals
Its good to rest at intervals. Sitting and working straight all through the day is bad for mental and general wellbeing, every once in a few hours at the very least, it's important to refresh/rest at intervals to ease the body as well as rest the eyes.
4. Take a walk/stretch
At intervals, take a walk or stretch the body. Sitting still in a place all day long does the body more harm than good. If possible squeeze in a little exercise during the day, the body will be good for it.
Never go through th day without eating. Eating a balanced meal everyday as at when due helps replenish and refuel the body. This gives the body strength to keep working.
Drink water to keep the body hydrated. Make sure the body is loaded with moisture to keep it functioning.
