When you notice/have mascara clumps on those fabulous lashes, a dry toothbrush will separate the lashes, leaving them looking lush and full.
2. USE IT TO EXFOLIATE YOUR LIPS
You do know that for #baby soft, kissable lips you should exfoliate regularly – right? A toothbrush will do the job. Use a soft bristle brush dipped in petroleum jelly and rub gently in a circular motion. Don’t push and pull – your lips are sensitive. You want the perfect pout, not something that resembles fish scales.
