The challenge, which Udora debuted on the FitNigeria Instagram page, @fitnigeria, starts off with the individual in a push up position. After a few push ups, you lift off the ground, doing a dab in mid air and then land back in the push up start position.

Nigerian fitness brand, FitNigeria, founded by fitness trainer and consultant, Obinna Udora has come out with an exciting, cool but daunting fitness challenge, titled, ‘#OyaDabChallenge.

In talking about the inspiration behind the challenge, Udora explained, “We thought we’ll bring the Dab craze from the clubs to the gym, because you know, fitness is fun, challenging and this is FitNigeria.”
He also went on to give a disclaimer concerning the challenge, “It’s a challenge so exercise caution and be safe, it requires some level of strength and coordination. So if you’re not there yet, challenge your friend.”
