When it comes to exercising, the common target areas are the core, hands, obliques, unfortunately the legs are often neglected.

This is properly why a lot of people, especially the guys, go around looking like letter P or number 9.

So, in order to avoid looking like you have the whole world on your shoulders or like Johnny Bravo, check out this lower body workout routine.

This routine has five exercises consisting of power lunges to old-school squats, these target every muscle in your legs in just five minutes, and they best part is that you do not need any equipment, here they are.
