Marco Borges, Beyoncé's personal trainer of about seven years, recently shared the singer's eating and fitness secrets.
Concerning her diet, Marco swears she sticks with mostly animal product-free fare: "the transition [from vegan] was fairly easy, because [now] she's sticking to a mostly plant-based diet with some fish here and there."
On her fitness, Marco says Beyoncé swears by "body-weight squats, lunges, and pliés, along with plyometric exercises and sprint intervals."
Overall, he says, Beyoncé is "all about health and wellness…She just wants to feel good."
