When it comes to beauty, we are more of our own enemies than we can possibly imagine.

With society's standard of beauty, most of us have forgotten to appreciate the simple things that make up who we are.

Beauty has nothing to do with makeup and everything to do with how we see ourselves.

If you take time out to be appreciative of the little things, things as simple as the fact that we are not disfigured in anyway and actually have a face to look at, you would see just how beautiful you can be.

People's opinion should have nothing what so ever to do with how you see yourself because in the long run, you would force people to see you the way you see yourself.

Wake up every morning, look in the mirror and tell yourself, you are the most beautiful person you have ever seen.

If you believe it, your brain believes it and your body automatically acts like it, forcing people to see beauty where they thought it didn't exist.
