3 Beauty Uses Of Baking Soda

Baking soda is an all time kitchen staple but this wonder in a tin (or jar) has amazing beauty qualities; works for almost any beauty need you can ever think of plus it cost almost nothing (we love anything on a budget!)

1. As A Deodorant

Mix baking soda with a little bit of water, so it turns into a moist paste, then apply under the arms as a deodorant. It’s great for preventing sweat stains and body odor.

2. A Clarifying Shampoo

Every now and then, our hair absolutely needs relief from product buildup. Add a small amount of baking soda into your shampoo and use as normal. It will clean out that buildup and all your products will work the way they are supposed to again!

3. For Teeth whitening

“Mix 1 tablespoon baking soda, 5 drops hydrogen peroxide, and a few drops of water. To make the teeth whitening solution, mix the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide in a small container until a consistent paste develops, add water only if necessary,” Apply the solution to your teeth evenly with a toothbrush, and allow it to stay on the teeth for five minutes. Brush off with normal toothpaste and rinse thoroughly with water. For consistent results, repeat this process once every week. “If you’re not satisfied with the results, leave the mixture on for 10 minutes at a time, no more though, because you may get an uneven application and your teeth may get sensitive,” (courtesy daily makeover)
