Politician offers free ear treatment to 360 patients in Katsina

The politician, who is a member of the All Progressive Congress (APC) pledged to offer more support to the people of the state.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the ear treatment was conducted in partnership with a Kaduna-based organization, Soft Sound Hearing Center.

He told NAN on Sunday that exercise was to assist less privileged persons having ear infections to get treatment in view of its high cost.

According to him, patients were screened, tested and treated by medical doctors for the three days the exercise lasted.

Musa-Rugoji added that the beneficiaries had undergone ear cleansing and decongestion, with one patient recommended for ear surgery.

The politician, who is an aspirant for the chairmanship of the local council under the All Progressive Congress (APC) pledged to offer more support to the people of the area.

Musa-Rugoji cautioned the people against self medication and advised them to always patronise hospitals for any health challenges.

He commended Gov. Aminu Masari for his support towards the success of the programme.
