Fake Prophetess Kills Boy While Performing Deliverance

Family members of the deceased are in currently admitted in the hospital

A prophetess has been arrested by the police in Idanre, Ondo State for allegedly causing the death of a 10-year-old boy after she gave him an unknown substance to drink.

According to reports, two other persons believed to be siblings of the deceased who took the substance administered by the prophetess are currently in an undisclosed hospital in Idanre.

It was gathered that the mother of the deceased boy had taken him and his siblings to the prophetess for spiritual cleansing.

The police say that the prophetess gave the substance prepared by her to her clients, which the mother gave to her three children to drink.

The prophetess also told them that having taken the spiritual holy water , they were free from any food poisoning, spiritual attack and bad dreams.
