Have You Had Your Bag Of GEJ Rice?

It seems the era of rice distribution during elections has bitten the presidential campaign team of President Goodluck Jonathan and they are ready to share bags of GEJ rice come 2015.

When the Ekiti State governor, Ayo Fayose was campaigning for the election that ousted former governor Kayode Fayemi and brought him to power, a new campaign strategy was introduced into the Nigerian political sphere where he distributed rice and other food items to the people. He called it stomach infrastructure and he rode into the state government house on that strength.

Though many Nigerians frowned at such strategy, it seemed to have had the desired effect. Now with the 2015 presidential elections around the corner, minders of President Goodluck Jonathan may have decided to go the way of Fayose by coming out with the Jonathan Rice.

Bags of rice with the President's picture are being stored awaiting distribution. The President may not be aware of this style but be that as it may, the stomach infrastructure pattern may soon be the in thing.

Have you received your bag of GEJ Rice yet?
