Burial arrangements are in high gear as friends have rallied around the family to show their support for the late editor's family. The burial will take place on the 12th of October in Okagwe, Ohafia, Abia state, his hometown.
Silverbird Group CEO, Ben Bruce To Sponsor Late Vanguard Editor's Son
The Chairman of the Silverbird group, Ben Murray Bruce has decided to sponsor the education of the last son of the late Vanguard newspaper editor, Amadi Ogbonnaya. The two were close friends before the editor's death and the lucky recipient of the scholarship, 6 year old Ben Ogbonnaya was named after the Silverbird chairman. Also, Ben Bruce has given a laptop to the first son of the late editor to document his late father's life - in words, videos and pictures.
