The victim, Holli Jeffcoat's step father, James Holland was arrested in March on three counts of rape and one count of murder.

According to the reports, investigators have reportedly accused Holland of raping his step daughter several times, dating as far back as when Holli had been 8-years-old.

Further investigations into the case revealed that Holli's uterus had been ripped out before the house had been set on fire with her inside it.

The investigators suspicions of sexual abuse had first surfaced following a 2008 car crash in which Holli had been involved.

Following further tests after the accident, a blood sample from 8-yr-old Holli had revealed that she had an STD but Holland had reportedly denied claims.

Holli's mother, Debi Holland, is suspected to have known about the abuse and aided her husband in carrying out and covering the abuse of her own daughter, as well as preventing medical exams on Holli which would have determined the brutal molestations.

Following years of abuse, Holli had finally told officials at her school, as well as the Children's Advocacy Centre, that she was pregnant with her Holland's baby.

One of the official's reportedly revealed that Holli had said she didn't want to go home with her step dad because she had not wanted to have sex.
