A Facebook user who knew the unfortunate woman who was murdered by ritualists in the Badagry area of Lagos has released her photo.

According to KareemPius, the lady who was slaughtered on Sunday, March 19, 2017, for ritual purposes in the Itoga-Zeba area of Badagry hailed from Ondo State but had lived in the Ojodu area of Lagos.

The woman had gone missing some days earlier after she had allegedly gone for spiritual assistance from one of the Islamic cleric popularly known as Alfa only to be used murdered by the man who wanted to use her for rituals.

Luck, however, ran out on her killers when a vigilante group caught Adara when he was taking her severed head, hands and other body parts to the Alfa who lives in the Sango-Ota area of Ogun State.

The suspect who is now in police custody has admitted to killing the woman, saying he chopped off her head with a cutlass after he was paid the sum of N4,000 for the job.

He confessed that the cutlass he used to slaughter the woman whose identity is still yet to be known, was given to him by the herbalist who contracted him for the job.
