The accused, who lives in Ori-Odo area of Bodija, Ibadan, is facing a two-count charge of breaking into premises and stealing.

The prosecutor, Sgt. Olalekan Adegbite, said Yunusa allegedly broke into Mak Precious Engineering Ltd, Barika, on March 16 at about 6.30 a. m. with the intent to steal.

He told the court that the accused stole some parts of a molding machine valued at N7, 500 belonging to Mr Kunle Majekodunmi, the Manager of the company.

Adegbite alleged that the accused had scaled the fence into the premises, claiming to be searching for disused iron rods.
