Yemisi Daramola, a mother of four, has urged an Ikorodu Customary Court sitting in Lagos State, to annul her marriage to her husband, Babatunde because he was fond of fondling her 19-year-old daughter's breasts whenever she slept, reports Tribune.

The 36-year-old fashion designer who said she had  that her husband was fond of fondling his stepdaughter’s breasts whenever she was asleep and begged the court to dissolve the 15-year-old marriage on account the indecent act by her husband.

The woman, while narrating her plight in court, said she had the teenage daughter for another man before she married Babatunde but that he took pleasure in defiling the girl.

“I caught my husband touching my daughter’s breasts while she was asleep; he left me on the bed and went to meet my daughter on the mat to romance her.

After I caught him, I asked my daughter why she did not tell me, and she told me that my husband gave her money and told her not to tell anyone. She also said that was the third time he would be coming to touch her,” Daramola said in tears.

But the 43-year-old Babatunde who resides at Oduyebo Street in Ikorodu, confessed that he actually fondled his step-daughter but begged the court to save his marriage, with a promise that he would not repeat the act.

“Although, my wife has left me to live in another man’s apartment, I still want her back,” he pleaded.

The president of court, Mrs Omolara Abiola, ruled that the case be adjourned till December 14 for further hearing and asked the couple to wait for a chamber discussion.
