At the start of every year, many people make resolutions of what they would expect of themselves in the year as well as taking a look back at some of the habits they had in the year gone by and try to make some adjustments.

That is also the time we make vows to live a better life by making some New Year resolutions. Some try to stick by these resolutions while many do not keep them beyond the first month of the year. Many may have acquired or gotten deeper into some bad habits in 2015 that they hope to do away in this 2016.

The same thing happens when we try to let go of some bad or irritating habits and pray that we do not carry same into the coming year.
