In this latest interview with Pulse.ng, Tayo Phillips talks about his passion for acting, modelling and music.

Tayo started his career with M-Net. The musician, actor and model graced our studio and was a delight to listen to. We have no doubt that he has a very bright future in entertainment and we can't wait to see more of him.

Interview Excerpts:

Who is Tayo Phillips?

Tayo phillips is a musician, an actor and a model. I'm from Ijebu Ode in Ogun State, i have been in Lagos all my life.

How did you start your career in Nollywood?

I came into Nollywood 2013, i got my break from M-Net. I have featured in ten movies but just five has been released.

How do you combine movies, modelling and singing? How challenging is it?

It is very tiring but having a passion for what i do makes it easy, i never get tired of acting, singing and modeling. Some people in the industry call me a prostitute because i do everything.

What is the craziest thing you have ever done on set?

mmmm... I cant remember ( Laughs )

What do you think about Nollywood Today?

We have really really improved in so many areas and we are going places.

Are you working on any project now?

No but i have concluded projects that are yet to be released. I did one 'Mother's Call with Clarion Chukwurah and Keppy Bassey. There is Cover me, Mr Chiboy, One Last Word and Our Society.

Tell us about your music career?

I have 3 songs online and on air. There is 'Know you better' and lots of people have been asking "When will you shoot the video for this song"? and the answer is " very soon", i have another one 'The One'.

Tell us five new things about you?

I like Cherry Mango, i like writing songs, i like singing, i like plantain and i like Agbalumo fruit.
