On Tuesday, November 2015, Lekki Phase 1’s Prince Ebeano Supermarket was gutted by fire, leaving residents in the estate in total dismay.

An exclusive aerial view of the supermarket shows a large part of the building’s roof totally gutted by the fire. The affected burnt right down to the floor, sources say.

‘Ebeano’ as it is popularly known as and situated along Admiralty way was badly burnt with goods lost – potentially totalling into the millions, by estimations.

No lives were lost in the outbreak. A few injuries were however sustained.
