A newborn baby - believed to be just minutes old was rescued after she was found wriggling around in a pit of human excrement in the bottom of a primitive toilet.

They heard the baby crying an recorded this footage of the moment they leant over the hole and made the grim discovery.
Rescuers had to break through the inches-think concrete which was covered in blood, wading through human filth and rubbish to reach the infant.
Medics say the baby is recovering from its ordeal after it was found in Saturday, January 2.

A hospital spokesman said: "The baby's condition is good and stable."
Mirror UK reported that the baby was left to die in the waste, as doctors believe the mother must have squatted over the makeshift lavatory and cut her own umbilical cord.
Police are now searching for the child's mother, who they say may also be in need medical attention, after leaving her child to die.
