After 46 years of looking for love conjoined twinsGanga and Jamuna Mondal popularly known as 'The Spider Sisters' have finally found love with the same man.

Their lives took a surprising turn when they met school teacher Jasimuddin Ahmad, the twins from Kolkata, West Bengal said they both love and adore him.

The twins who share a stomach but have separate hearts, kidneys and livers, were abandoned by their parents because they feared they were a curse and a sign of God’s fury.

Since then, their lives have been 46 years of rejection and avoidance. They weren’t able to get an education, and earned money by being the “spider sisters” in a circus that travelled through India. They have been single their whole lives.

"It was love at first sight, when we met Jasimuddin we both felt this was a man who would truly love us. And he does – he loves us straight from the heart,” – Ganga told newsmen in India.

"We have been very happy since he came into our lives. We have suffered in the past but we don’t want to suffer anymore. We really hope to spend the rest of our lives with him,” – Jamuna revealed to the press in India.

According to Jasimuddin, he fell in love with the girl’s inner beauty which seemed to shine more than other people.

”Ever since I met them I have considered their pain as my own. I have always been like this. I have always treated other people’s troubles as my own and tried to make things better. Now, every night I sit with them. We share a meal on the terrace and talk about our lives. I sit with them in the evening breeze and we share our joys and our sorrows. Sometimes we listen to music and sit up talking late into the night. There have been times when we have been up talking to 4am and then woken up late the next morning,” Jasmimmuddin added.
