A schoolboy, who is now 17, has broken his silence to tell how his teacher had sex with him 50 times including allowing her daughter to call him ‘Dad’

The school boy who is anonymous claimed that the abuse has 'scarred him for life' after she let her daughter call him 'dad' and even told him she was pregnant.

The teacher Caroline Berriman 30, came clean about the affair with the boy last year.

The relationship started when she was working as a classroom teaching assistant at Abraham Moss Community School in Crumpsall, Manchester.

The boy said the pair did not have sex until five months into their relationship but from then on it was regular and "always unprotected".

He told the Sun: "It must have happened over 50 times in the space of those few months."

The teenager says the pair regularly texted and called each other and he spent a lot of time at her Berriman's home.

He told the newspaper she even introduced him to her two-year-old daughter, who started to call him 'Dad'.

The pupil said the turning point was when Berriman told him she was pregnant.

He added: "Stuff like that has scarred me for life."

The boy confided in his older brother, but his mother stumbled upon the relationship and threatened to involve police if her son did not end it.

When the student told Berriman his mother knew about their affair, he claims she became angry and attacked him, claiming she would lose her daughter.

Berriman has since left the school, having been suspended when the allegations against her were first made.

She was hauled before the courts in July, and she pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual activity with a child - and a further charge of sexual activity with a child by a person in a position of trust.

She was handed a two-year sentence, suspended for two years at Minshull Street Crown Court, given 250 hours of unpaid community work - and was ordered to pay a £100 victim surcharge.

Berriman must also obey a restraining order prohibiting her from contacting or seeing the victim - who cannot be named for legal reasons.

She admitted she committed the offences while exercising a degree of responsibility for the teenager’s education - and that she had exploited her position of trust.
