Janine and Ryan Godfrey were surprised to see their four-month-old fetus flashing the peace sign.

The doctor noticed the gesture in an ultrasound photo and wrote "Peace" on the image where the gender is traditionally written.

Godfrey told Inside Edition that the baby's health was her primary concern and didn't notice the baby's hands until the technician erupted with laughter.

"The baby's moving around, raising his hands," she said.

I did not notice the gesture until the technician started laughing and she said: "Look at him now. He's giving the peace sign."

The expectant mother joked about her future son's already developed sense of humor and took to calling him #PeaceBaby.
