Well, to get the Trey Songz abs, his latest black and white video for his version of Fugees' Ooh La La famous hit, "Na Na" is out and all the perfect work out tips are right there.
The Need A Girl singer brought in a hot female trainer played by Rosa Acosta to help sweat out the fat and resize his muscles.
The video begins at the end of a successful date where Trey suggested they continue with some bedroom action. But his date [Rosa], had another agenda in mind for him – a steaming work out session!

The DJ Mustard-produced track is directed by Gil Green and features New York personal trainer Mankofit alongside the WWE’s Bella Twins, who make Trey put in work at the gym before he’s able to see his girl again.
