A man has been jailed after he left his 10-month-old foster daughter to die in a hot car as he smoked weed and watched .

According to undefined, on July 24, 2014, 29-year-old Seth Jackson had picked up marijuana from a dealer and returned to his home in Wichita, Kansaa. He started using the drugs without taking Kadilak Poe-Jones in the car.
Police say Jackson left the 10-old-month girl in a car for several hours as temperature in the city soared above 32 degree Celsius.
Jackson told police he forgot the girl was in the car and only remembered when he saw a child on the Game Of Thrones episode he was watching.
Before Seth Jackson who is a teaching assistant rushed back to the car, Kadillak was dead.
An autopsy revealed that Kadillak died from hypothermia due to heat exposure.
29-year-old Seth Jackson who was charged to court for murder, admitted to charge of the involuntary manslaughter of Kadillak Poe-Jones but begged a judge not to jail him, saying; "I'm not a monster."
On Friday, January 30, Jackson cried as he pleaded with the court for no prison time.
"Your honour, I'm a broken man, pleading here for my life," he told the packed courtroom.
The judge said that while Jackson may not have intentionally abandoned Kadillak, it was not an accident and jailed him for 32 months
