Woman kills husband with knife following family dispute
The accused has been remanded in prison until hearing resumes on the matter which is expected to be September 20, 2016.
The accused is being held in prison until further notice.

The accused, who resides at 12, Alaafia Street, Mokola, Ibadan, has been remanded in prison to answer for her offence.
Doris was arraigned at the Iyaganku Chief Magistrates’ Court, where Sergeant Femi Omilana revealed that the woman stabbed her husband Vincent in the stomach over a misunderstanding.

“The accused committed the act on August 3, at about 11.30 p.m."
“The incident resulted to the death of Vincent,” the prosecutor said, adding that the offence contravened section 316 and 319 of the Criminal Code Cap 38, Vol.II, Laws of Oyo State 2000", Omilana said.
Taiwo Oladiran, who is the Chief Magistrate at the court adjourned the hearing till September 20, 2016, after the accused pleaded not guilty to the charge.
