Should The Federal Government Negotiate With The Boko Haram Sect?
It has now become apparent that the dreaded Boko Haram insurgents have decided to negotiate with the Federal Government of Nigeria, something the government had begged them to do for years now.
They have stated that they can only release the girls if their all their members who are in detention, are released unconditionally and should be paid compensations.
