After a divorce, is it right for a woman to continue using her ex-husband's name?

I know some people may see my request as being petty and not something to worry about but it is making me and my family uncomfortable.

You see, Iue to some issues I will not want to divulge here. Early this year, I got married to another woman but my former wife has refused to drop my name even after a court had told her to do so.

This is causing a lot of embarrassment for me and my family especially my new wife who has told me point blank that the fact that my ex-wife has refused to drop my name means we still have something together.

This is causing friction for us and I do not want that.
