It is now no news that the much awaited 2015 general elections which would have held February, has been shifted by a further six weeks.
Do you think INEC is right in their decision to postpone 2015 elections?
The postponement of the 2015 general elections by INEC has been lots of talking points by Nigerians. Do you think the electoral body is right in the shift?
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, the body mandated with the conduct of the elections, gave as reasons for the postponement the fact that the security situation in the country is not favourable for an election just yet.
The commission's chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega, in a statement, said that he was advised by top security agencies in the country to shift the election despite of the fact that his body was ready to go along with the election.
But many Nigerians have flayed the commission, with some saying it is acting out a script by the ruling PDP, while others believe that INEC took the decision for the good of the country.
On Morning Teaser today, we ask: do you think INEC was right to postpone the general elections?
