Man Kills Ex, Eats Her Heart And Brains

A man has been convicted after he broke into his ex-girlfriend’s house, killed her and ate her internal organs

A man in Indiana has been found guilty of murder after he reportedly killed his girlfriend.

According to NY Daily, 33-year-old Joseph Oberhansley was out on bail when he broke into the home of Tammy Jo Blanton, his ex-girlfriend, stabbed her to death and ate her heart, lungs and brain.

The victim was found dead in her home with severe injuries and a plate and cooking utensils covered in blood and bone were also reportedly found.

The crime was discovered after the victim’s colleagues called police officers when she didn’t show up for work. They found Oberhansley on the property.

According to the arrest report:

"He admitted to cooking a section of her brain and eating it,"

The suspect was reportedly convicted in 1998 for shooting his 17-year-old girlfriend Sabrina Elder.
