Scavenger remanded in prison for break-in, theft
The prosecutor said that the stolen property belonged to Rev. Faith Ikumapayi, the founder of the church.

The accused, 18, was arraigned on a three-count charge of conspiracy, housebreaking and stealing.
The Chief Magistrate, Mrs O.K. Omotosho, said the accuse had pleaded guilty the court would fix a date for facts and sentence.
According to the Police Prosecutor, Sgt. Olalekan Adegbite, Nasiru and others still at large conspired and committed the offence when they jointly broke into the church.
Adegbite said the broke into Christ’s Ambassador Church in Inalende area of Ibadan and stole four pieces of bells, a drum set, window frames and four pieces of gas lamps, all valued at N500,000.
He said the stolen property belonged to Rev. Faith Ikumapayi, the founder of the church.
The offences contravened Sections 390 (9), 415’and 516 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Oyo State 2000.
September 20 has been fixed for facts and sentence.
