Do you know anyone who’s been doing something positive and in an extraordinary way? You can now celebrate them, as they definitely are #madeofblack!

 

So we guess you’ve been seeing the hashtag #madeofblack everywhere on social media right? We’ve got the scoop for you!

#Madeofblack is all about celebrating a new generation of Nigerians who have been brave in making creating a niche for themselves by making bold choices and breaking boundaries.

Do you know anyone who’s been doing something positive and in an extraordinary way? You can now celebrate them, as they definitely are #madeofblack!

So, go ahead and nominate someone in your city who you think is worthy of such title. Do you think they are fantastic? Do they do excellent stuff? Why not nominate them by going unto the Guinness facebook page; https://www.facebook.com/GuinnessNigeria

So far the nominations have been all so inspiring! From school teachers, cab drivers to traffic wardens all been picked by you!

Already, some of your favourite celebrities have been nominated - DJ Xclusive, OAPs Freeze and Mannie,  former BBA housemate Tayo Faniran, are just a few.

Also celebs are nominating other celebs! Beat FM’s Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi has nominated sports analysts Femi & The Gang, DJ Xclusive has nominated veteran turntable maestro DJ Jimmy JATT.

The cities for #madeofblack nominations include Lagos, Port Harcourt, Benin and Enugu. Also remember that you and whoever you are nominating must be 18 years and above.

Remember, black isn’t about colour, it’s an attitude of resilient people. Black isn’t about race, it’s about celebrating bold, courageous and brilliant individuals.
