Sister Who Attacked Controversial Journalist Involve In Ghastly Accident

Pulse Nigeria has learned that the Special Adviser to the Oyo State Governor on Education, Ms. Funke Olunloyo, the younger sister of controversial journalist, Dr Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo, who some months ago, was alleged to have beaten her elder sister to a state of coma, was in a ghastly accident in her official car while on a government assignment to Osun state.

A source in the state Ministry for Education hinted that that while on that trip, her official driver ran into a loose tractor trailer which was coming head on in their lane and the driver had to make a quick swerve maneuver saving their lives. It is gathered that only Funke and the driver were on that trip. It is however unknown the extent of injuries r Funke suffered.

Funke a divorced mother of four was in the news recently for attacking her elder sister Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo, in what family sources say was the aftermath of an argument over her community of Ikolaba-Agodi not having water, electricity or good roads.

The source had informed then that Kemi was on a social media campaign to force the state governor Isiaka Ajimobi to get the problems solved after constantly tweeting him and embarking on a radio campaign.

As the story went, Funke was not happy that her sister was bent on bringing down and that, coupled with other family issues, led to the altercation where the Special Assistant allegedly teamed up with her maid and 15-year-old son to beat up her elder sister.

Kemi, a known Community Activist in her Canada and USA days, had told Pulse Nigeria in a phone chat that she woke up Monday, September 15th, 2014, only to notice that the generator set and gas cooker for the use of the whole house use was removed and locked up by Funke's housegirl, one Janet Naomi Benson.

According to her, after demanding the items for her basic use in the house, the house girl had attacked her with a hoe, injuring her left finger.

Family sources who do not want their names in print confided that Janet has been the maid to Funke for 8 years and was promoted to the position of a Personal Assistant two years ago.

Their father, former Oyo State Governor Victor Olunloyo, who owns the house which serves as a location his children stay when visiting from abroad, is said to have built the house 40 years ago.

He reportedly told Funke to dismiss Janet which she refused to and was heard calling his daughter 'the most wicked of all his children' largely because Funke prevented her children from ever meeting their late grandmother throughout her lifetime, yet they all showed up to her Fidau parties.

The Olunloyo saga is so dramatic that Kemi always speaks out about what she calls the 'Evil and ills' in her family while many Nigerians hide theirs.

All efforts to contact Funke Olunloyo on the accident proved abortive as we could not get through her mobile phones which were all switched off.

Pulse Nigeria however got in touch with Kemi who replied in an e-mail stating she knew nothing about it, and said that their parents told her nothing when it happened and that she had since moved out of the house. But she posited that it could be a warning from God for her sister:
