Joke Of The Year- K Solo & Wife Deny Battery And Theft Allegations, Says They Were Joking! ... Aren't they the dumbest celebrity couple?

News broke out yesterday from Channels Television entertainment desk that the purported Assault, Battery and theft allegations levelled against Ace producer and artiste, K-Solo by his 'Want Away' wife Kikelomo was all a big Joke! Yes! 'Prank' is what they have termed it all.

We had earlier in the month of June posted a story regarding allegations from the Producers wife, saying he (K-solo) beat her up regularly, leaving her with bruises all over and steals from her. K-Solo was said to have moved out of his matrimonial home following these allegations, had his management release a statement, that read thus:

This news was all over the Nigerian media and bloggersphere even the social media platforms were actively involed. Most were concerned for the wife, kikelomo as she appeared badly injured due to the alleaged battery. Many wondered how things got so bad for the couple just six months after marriage.

Well the couple yesterday granted an interview to Channels Television, were they said they were just acting and having fun. They said none of the stories reported was true. They said it was all a prank and went on to apologise to family members, fans and the Nigerian media. They went further to say they planned to release a movie about the said prank.

This is about the silliest news ever, and we are of the opinion that this is one of two things, its either they have they have both found themselves in a terrible situation (one person likely to pay dearly) and can no longer defend their actions, hence they came up with the 'Prank' gist, or it really could have been a prank (as one cannot underestimate the capabilities of the human mind).

However if this was trully all a joke as they claim, then I dare to say that the K Solo's have got to be the dumbest Nigerian celebrity couple. They must have a lot of time on their hands to have even come up with the idea, let alone achieve it. They aren't wealthy for us to say they have probably made enough money so they can afford to joke and play with the press, only to have a good laugh. In this era of domestic violence, why would any couple think to come up with such a joke?

Who goes to the press to report battery and theft, makes up to appear battered, lies to family and friends? Who denies fake allegations, gets his management to release a press statement on a non existent issue, all for the fun of it? Apparently the K-Solos'!

Anyone who finds this even the slightest bit funny, should please audition for a role in the movie the K Solos' plan to release soon!
