Soldiers arrest tout with blood stained female pant

Soldiers at a checkpoint in Rivers State have arrested a hoodlum with a blood stained female pant in his possession.

Suspect arrested by soldiers

The soldiers at the checkpoint reportedly arrested the hoodlum along Emohua road at Degema axis in Rivers state yesterday, August 31, 2016.

The Okada rider, who was carrying the hoodlum was reported to have stopped at the checkpoint informing the soldiers of the strange phone calls his passenger had been making.

The soldiers immediately conducted a search of the suspect only to discover the bloody pant as well as some bloody clothes in the bag he carried.

The suspect who had been unable to explain the items with him was subsequently handcuffed and taken away.
