22-yr-old remanded for allegedly killing uncle
Wilson said the accused used firewood to hit his uncle on the head during a family meeting.
The accused is facing a one-count charge of murder.
The Magistrate, Mr Olusola Aluko, consequently adjourned the case till April 27 for mention.
The Prosecutor, SP Mireti Wilson, had told the court that the accused committed the offence on Feb. 3 at about 9:30 a.m. at Fasina’s Compound, Ede.
