Millionaire crushes guard to death for not opening the gate on time

The millionaire pinned pinned his guard against a wall with the SUV after he took his time late last month, then beat the guard with a rod

An Indian millionaire has been charged with murder after he slammed his Hummer into a security guard after the watchman took too long opening the barriers at his gated community.

The 50-year-old  guard, K. Chandrabose died Monday, February 23  two weeks after 39-year-old Mohammed Nisham pinned him against a wall with the SUV, then beat him with an iron rod.

The stricken guard spent time on life support before dying of cardiac arrest, authorities in the southern state of Kerala said.

Nisham is locked up near Thrissur, where he lives in a gated community. He made his fortune in the tobacco and real estate businesses, and lives a life of excess that includes nearly 20 luxury cars, including a Bentley, Lamborghini and Aston Martin worth a total of some $4 million.

The playboy has been arrested before. Most of the crimes revolve around his love of cars.
