A car thief was on Friday morning caught trying to steal a car in front of Lozumba commercial complex, Area 10, Garki, Abuja. The plaza security related that he acted like he was on a phone call while using a master key to unlock the car. When it was clear to him that he had been noticed, he ran and was mobbed by angry people.
