2 sisters nabbed for selling their babies in Cross River
Two blood sisters have been arrested for allegedly selling their babies in Cross River State.
It was gathered that the two women gave birth at different times and then decided to sell them to Ekpo because they could not afford to be saddled with babies.
The State Commissioner of Police, Jimoh Ozi-Obeh, has therefore, promised to make sure the women are prosecuted to serve as a deterrent to others who may want to indulge in such an act.
