Justin Bieber has been tagged to so many young pretty women in Hollywood with the most famous being Selena Gomez! They've been back and forth for such a long time and it seems he's so tired of living without her that he has allegedly given her 'the ring'!

Selena Gomez was looking stunning in red as she took the stage at We Day Conference yesterday [March 26] in California but her tiny golden ring on 'that finger' stole the entire show. Did Justin propose?

The Come And Get It singer gave an inspirational speech at the We Day conference in Oakland, and pointed out the importance of surrounding yourself with positive people. Bieber is one of those people for Selena, and according to her left hand, it looked like she could be getting married!

Reports claim the singer got so emotional during the speech and kept bringing her left hand up to her heart, and the golden - engagement - ring with a matching gold manicure was all over the place.

Last August, Bieber told Life & Style

"I can't wait to have a beautiful wife and little kids running around."

And now that him and Selena are back together, they can't wait to get married, a source recently told the magazine.
