Yung6ix Locked in War of Words With Fan On Instagram

Another Nigerian artiste has gotten into a war of words with his fan on social media. The rapper Yung6ix, who happens to be one of Nigeria’s fastest rising rappers, decided to shut the mouth of a fan whom he considered to have an ‘outdated IQ’.

Trouble started after Yung6ix posted an image of a friend sipping liquor on Instagram and in no time at all, the fan who found the image offensive descended on it wondering why Yung6ix and celebrities in general now abused the celebrity life by posting pictures of everything they do on social media. Yung6ix promptly replied, telling the fan that as opposed to showing off, the image was actually posted to draw attention to his album '6 O'Clock' which which was displayed on the table in the image.

A close look at the pictures reveal the ensuing confrontation and how several of Yung6ix’s fans ganged up and mobbed the errant ‘hater’ with insults.

In view of how much visibility social media has provided for celebrities in addition to bringing them closer to their fans, it's no surprise that celebrities, every now and again get into social media fights with their fans.
