Daddy Showkey Confirms Attack by Gunmen

The dreadlocked singer, John Asiemo popularly known as Daddy Showkey, was attacked by gunmen at Mobil filling station Agidingbi. The singer was tricked out of his car, after which the gunmen proceeded to open fire on him. Luckily, he was able to escape from the gunmen. He says that the attack confirms his suspicion that there is someone out for his life. This is another attempt on his life after several 'visits' by 'armed robbers' in his abode.

To preserve his life, he has put security checks in place to safeguard himself and his family and refuses to divulge any information lest he puts any of them in harms way.
