Carnival Calabar: «Harp» Rocks Concert With A-List Acts!

The enjoyment, fun and excitement won't stop anytime soon as Guinness Nigeria is keeping its promise of making this year’s edition of the Calabar Carnival the most entertaining yet.

This was evident at one of the concerts at the on-going carnival sponsored by Harp Lager (A Guinness product) tagged “keeping it Real” they sure kept it real with the line up of A-list artistes such as; The Choc Bois; MI, Jesse Jagz and Ice Prince, Naeto C, Freewindz and Austino Milado. The concert provided more fun than the audience at the UJ Esuene Stadium bargained for, which also included the giving away of prizes to winners of various freestyle performances.

The event kicked off with performances by local artistes such as Ice Box, Simbee, and Upper Disciple who did well to warm up the crowd. King of Gyration, Austino Milado left the crowd wanting more, he was followed by the musical trio; Freewindz who dished out their popular songs and captivating dance moves. The stage was now set for the bigger boys as Naeto C almost brought the roof down when he came on stage decked in his trade mark Funky Mallam (T-shirt, Jeans and Hausa hat) dress code accompanied by DJ Neptune, who did his magic on the wheels of steel.

Finally one after the other the Choc boys came on stage and thrilled the audience before coming together to give a befitting closing performance for a fun filled night like no other.

Lucky winners and other participants expressed gratitude to the brand for making the night such a memorable one with their support. Thanks to Harp, it was night which pulled a crowd like no other in the on-going festival, with the venue of the event, UJ Esuene stadium, pulsating with every passing second.
