Police officer secretly filmed raping a woman of parole during home visit

A police parole office has been caught on camera after he raped a woman he was supposed to keep an eye on.

A Florida police parole officer, Zachary Thomas Bailey, has been arrested after being caught on video raping a woman on parole during a home visit, reports Daily Mail.

The 50-year-old Bailey, a veteran of the Florida Department of Corrections for over 25 years, had paid a visit to the woman after telling her he needed to conduct a 'study' at her home.

According to the woman, Bailey blocked her from leaving her bedroom and put his hands down the front of her pants. After she resisted, Bailey left.

But the randy officer returned the following day and forced his way into the woman’s bedroom and asked for a massage. But when she rejected his advances, Bailey allegedly took off his clothes and ordered his victim to perform oral sex on him.

Another rejection from the woman got him mad and at gun point, he put on his condom and raped her while her daughter was in the next room.

Unknown to him, the woman had recorded the rape on her cell phone that she had set up prior to Bailey arriving.

Lt. Joe McCue of the Coral Springs Police told a court what transpired:

"The victim said, ‘This is rape. This is rape. I don’t want you to do this.

Unfortunately, she was in fear that if she reported this, he would violate her probation and put her back in jail."
