On the spot reports have it that the cult group stormed a house in the Itamaga area and murdered the husband, his pregnant wife and his three children on the night of Sunday, May 28, 2017.

It was gathered that in their normal modus operandi, the murderous gang used heavy stones to club their victims to death and wiped the brains and blood of their victims with pieces of clothes.

They then proceeded to use a knife to cut open the pregnant woman's womb and removed the foetus before escaping into the thin air.

This is not the first time the gang had killed a whole family in Ikorodu. On Tuesday, May 2, 2017, the ritual killers struck in the Imota community of Ikorodu, hacking a couple and their two children to death while two of the children sustained serious injuries.

The couple, Taofiq and Simiat Agbaje and their dead children, Rodiat, 10, Toyeebat, eight, were hacked to death at their home at Adeke bus stop, Adamo, Imota, while the duo of Mardiya, 13 and  the one-year-old baby were also stabbed in the mindless attack.

It was gathered that the assassins had gained entrance into the Agbajes’ three-bedroomed flat in the night after tearing the window net and removing some burglar-proof bars.

They were said to have smashed some objects on their victims and wiped away their blood and brains with pieces of clothes, leaving them for dead.

Also, on Monday, April 17, 2017, the Badoo gang stormed the home of a Deeper Life Church Pastor, Lucky Ebhodaghe, where they killed him, his wife, Margaret, and their 15-year-old son, Jonathan, who was preparing for his West African Secondary School Certificate examination, in the same manner.

The gang has been having a field day for many years in the area and only recently, the state Police Commissioner, Fatai Owoseni came out hard on Divisional Police Officers in the area, saying they have been in the habit of collecting money from the ritualists to protect them.

Some traditional rulers in the area have also been accused of shielding the cult members as they always make sure anyone arrested by the police in connection with the group is released without prosecution.
