Another Close Call for Actress Moyo Lawal

The Nollywood community has cause to rejoice as one of their own narrowly missed the claws of death. Actress Moyo Lawal survived an auto crash on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway on her way from Asaba to Lagos. The incident happened in the morning, about 10:30 a.m. close to the MKO Abiola Gardens, Ikeja, Lagos. The occupants of the vehicle, Moyo and a young man were rescued by other motorists and people present at the scene of the accident.

With this, we can agree that the prayer session held at the Lagoon Restaurant was a wise decision from the chairman of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Segun Arinze. The prayer session was held sometime last week and was attended by different celebrities to ward off the death wave that seemed to be ravaging the industry. It seems like the prayer was more than effective as Miss Lawal would testify.
