Celebrity stylist joins special needs employee on La Mode Magazine Feb. cover

The celebrity stylist and designer posed with her employee; a deaf and dumb she trained. Dishing on her humanitarian side in the exclusive interview Toyin Lawani revealed; "I just Love giving, because I believe when you give you will receive. For example one of the student I trained Gladys, she is deaf and dumb but she has a skill of sewing so I trained her till she became the best in what she does.

The ladies were styled in glamorous black frocks, Lawani chose a floor length piece with poof arm details and thigh high slit while Gladys sported a black glam peplum hem piece with diamante crown perched on her head for the cover shots.

Lawani shared how she trained Gladys sister; "Mercylyn also deaf and dumb too, I trained her in the field she is good at which is making different type of wigs and braids. All my colorful braids and wigs you see are done by her".

She also shared the story about another male employee; "Lekan who used to be a street boy doing minor works on the street of VI to carter for his grandma... so I gave him a helping hand. I adopted him and took care of him trained him as a stylist so he would have a means of livelihood and am proud of him.’’
