Dimeji Alara

Dimeji Alara has just announced that he is leaving his job as Editor of Genevieve magazine. He joined Genevieve as editor in 2013 after leaving Style mania magazine as the founding editor and has since been with them.

Not only is he a fashion expert but he is also a fashion and wardrobe stylist, with a slew of covers from Style mania to Genevieve magazine under his belt, which includes the very recent Nov. issue of Genevieve magazine with Tiwa Savage.

The fashion maven who is also a contributor with Elle SA took to Instagram to say “I had such an amazing time working with Tiwas Savage for the cover of the genevieve magazine which also happens to be my last issue as editor of the magazine. Working at Genevieve magazine had its ups and downs, but it was an amazing experience working with such an amazing team and a wonderful publisher, Mrs. Irabor.”

There’s no word yet on why the super talented fashionista left but we wish him all the best moving forward.
